Vegetable Fried Rice
This is an instant vegetable fried rice. I did not use any garam masala or other flavoring. the rice gets its flavor from the different vegetables. It is a healthy, easy-to-make recipe and tastes good too!
Ingredients:
Basmati Rice - Cooked
Mixed vegetables - Beans, Cabbage, Bell peppers, Carrots, Onions
Ghee- 3 teaspoons
Salt & Pepper- "Swad" anusaar
Cumin powder- 1 teaspoon
Method
- Add ghee to pan and add the mixed vegetables and saute
- Add salt, pepper and cumin powder
- Saute the vegetable till soft
- Add cooked rice, mix well with vegetables.
- Serve with raita or yogurt.
